Set Up Crew

Brief Description: Help set up Waterbury Headquarters campus, supplies,
signs, etc.  In general volunteers for all-around assistance with Saturday

Brief Description: Volunteer(s) to help set up signs and saw horses and to
help direct vehicular and foot traffic around Headquarters.

Brief Description: Volunteer(s) to take photographs during events.  Some
specific requests may be made at the beginning of the event and assigned to
photographers.

 

Continental Breakfast (7:30 am - 9:00 am)

Location:  GMC Headquarters, Waterbury Center, VT - event tent

Brief Description:  Food Coordinator will assist GMC staff with

Meeting Set Up (8:00 - 9:00)

Brief Description: Help get tables, chairs, materials, etc. set up for
morning meeting & Board Meeting

 

Deli Lunch (11:30 - 1:00)

Location:  GMC Headquarters, Waterbury Center, VT - event tent

Lunch Coordinator:  Jen Donley - staff

Brief Description:  Food Coordinator will assist GMC staff with
transportation and pick-up of lunch supplies for delivery to HQ.  Lunch
Coordinator will be contact volunteers assisting with tickets and food set
up and clean up.  One or two persons should plan to take meal tickets for
attendees.
